The Sykes Pickavant 319 Series Expansion Plug System Test Kit is a versatile solution for diagnosing cooling system issues in vehicles. Designed for use with a hand pump or airline adaptor, this kit is compatible with 318 Series threaded caps and adaptors, extending its application range.

- Comprehensive Testing: Facilitates leak detection, temperature testing, and assessment of thermostat and thermo switch operation.
- Universal Fit: Patented tapered rubber cone design allows expansion plugs to fit radiator and header tank neck diameters ranging from 21mm to 50mm, covering a wide array of vehicles from small cars to commercial vehicles and heavy plant.
- Safety retaining clamp: Enhances safety by reducing the risk of plug slippage, especially in plastic expansion bottles, extreme temperatures, or when cleaning the aperture neck is impractical.
- Self Testing Hand Pump: Features a metal hand pump with a precision gauge and a specially designed pressure release valve for safe depressurising of cooling systems.
- Temperature Monitoring: Includes a dual calibrated thermometer (°C and °F) for accurate temperature assessments during testing.
