DirectConnect 2U tool (DC2U) is a special tool kit for Truck Explorer - VEI owners who want to work with control modules on the bench or boot modes. For Memory read & write operations or programming and bench diagnostics.
This is additional hardware set that works only with Truck Explorer and VEI interface (V6/V7/V8). Set includes 5 items, that are stated below the description.
This is additional hardware set that works only with Truck Explorer and VEI interface (V6/V7/V8). Set includes 5 items, that are stated below the description.
- Automotive port is needed for DC2 (bench) connection cable and working without opening control module.
- How to connect on bench?
- Need special cable for each control module - available DC2 cables.
- ISP port is needed for BSL mode adapters or JTAG+BDM dongle (for connection in boot mode).
- How to connect in BSL mode?

- Boot mode helps Read & Write unknown or damaged firmware from vehicle control units.
- BSL mode, TriCore BL mode, Motorola BKG mode, NEC serial BL ready, JTAG, BDM.
- Supported: J1708, BSL UART, SPI (SCI), MBench, JTAG, BDM.
